**Shipping: Items are shipped Priority Mail unless stated different. Priority Mail insurance is provided up to order $50 on all packages via USPS. If you would like more coverage please adjust accordingly. Due to Covid regulations in areas, Packages may run behind on delivery times. Once the package leaves my hands and goes into the postal service for delivery, this is out of my control on when your package will actually be delivered. Each package is provided with a tracking number to be tracked. If there is an issue with the package, the tracking number can be used to establish where it is via the Post Office. I can NOT hunt your package down for you, nor can i give you an answer as to why it is not delivered yet. The post office can provide that information. If the item has not arrived with in 30 days of shipment, the postal service will refund you on LOST package only, not a LATE package. Covid has really taking a toll on the postal service with closed facilities, sub delivery and times. Please be patient with everyone. Returns are ONLY accepted if the package is returned to me for a refund if not satisfied, and a refund for the amount of item paid will be refunded, not including the shipping cost.
