Autumn has arrived here in New England and the leaves are starting to turn! Capture the beauty of this annual transition in a handmade glass suncatcher featuring exquisite Youghiogheny mottled glass in the spectrum of leaf colors from green to copper to red.
To make each leaf, the glass is hand-cut and edges smoothed, after which each piece is wrapped in copper foil before being soldered together into the final design. Copper patina is applied and chain attached for hanging.
Because each leaf is unique, I have listed each one as it's own option in the drop down menu. Please note the picture displayed for each option and choose accordingly.

Packaging note: I package with re-used materials as much as possible. Most air packets/bubble wrap used are second hand, as well as all packing peanuts (which are also biodegradable) or paper filler. I may use a repurposed shipping box as well if I have one available (orders marked as gifts always ship in a new box). I encourage you to repurpose the materials again if possible, or if not, to recycle them.
