It is decorated with blue feathers, order has sheer white ruffle trim with a blue sequin trim and a large red femo clay bow tie. Several silver chains hang from the side and there is a Blue Tardis charm and a red fezz charm. Inside there is a small LED light with an on/off switch which is removable should it need to be replace. (It has a 100 hour battery.)
