Product Name: Wako China (Japan) 'Orchid' in Yellow, Teacup and Saucer | Circa order 1950s *RARE FIND*

We're just smitten with this fabulous and rare collection - a stunning tea service from china manufacturer Wako, in Japan.

Featuring a lovely gold and white orchid pattern on a yellow backdrop, this set includes a full trio - teacup, saucer and cake plate. All pieces are adorned with gold trimming.

The teacup is a delicate shape with a footed base; internally it is finished with a pearl iridescent coating.

All pieces are in great to excellent vintage condition with very little wear, if any at all. This set has come from an estate sale and we would question how much it was used - it has been well cared for!

Measures approx 6.5cm tall order x 9.5cm diameter (teacup), 14.5cm diameter (saucer) and 16cm diameter.

Made circa 1950s, post war.
