Here is a carved wood Gambel's quail bird in oval wooden frame.
This is a lovely rendition of an adorable bird. It is the Arizona desert cousin to the California quail. This sculpture uses a variety of woods and order stains to create color and texture. The pieces are attached through the background. The background is a textured material (not fabric).
It stands approx. 13-1/2 inches tall, and is approx. 11-3/4 inches wide. The oval frame is oak.
It has wooden backing and and a serrated (alligator-toothed) metal hanger.
