There is volcanic activity that has the appearance of a peppering and then glaze bursts primarily around the rim. Some of the exterior glaze as well as the interior has an almost foaming look to its composition---pretty cool. The glaze has a natural crazing which is inherent in its design. I do not detect any other condition notes. This vase has a nice rare somewhat high pitch ring when tapped. All fragile merchandise is shipped using the "double box" process.
