Korean era set, rear seam swivel bale. Sewn on order straps with flat brass hardware. Named to Cpl Marian K Hively it appears. Name is brushed inside the shell with his ASN. Capac liner with clean webbing. The shell and liner both have matching rank painted in silver over the typical Korean era black ranks. I assume it was done for parade or display. The rear of both has the horizontal NCO bar. The liner is still taped off where he created a stencil. The clear tape is yellowed from age. I didn't want to remove it. I believed it would help date it, but clear tape was invented in the '30s. Who knew?!.
