The game is still sealed in it's original order factory plastic. The plastic does have a few spots where there are minor rips, some scuffs etc - there is a piece of tape on the back that I'm hesitant to remove, as it might also break the seal. We tried to take photos showing these "imperfections" but with the glare, it's difficult.
