This is a Hand Cast Sterling Silver Open Heart Band. The ring has 7 Hearts thathave one up and one down to form a pattern that goes about 2/3 of the way around. A plain portion is left in the back. The ring is about 5/16 inch wide on top. It is made in a size 6 3/4.
