Armenian Coffee order Painting - Original - Peace over Armenia #1

This is a 9x12” original artwork painted with Armenian coffee.

The Armenian coffee is pulverized and ground to a very fine powder. I create my pigment with the coffee, brewing a very strong thick batch. Using this as paint, I create these designs which are permanent designs on canvas.

This piece shows a dove flying over our ancient mountain, Mt Ararat. She holds a pomegranate in her beak, the symbol of abundance and prosperity, but also the symbol of Armenian culture. Painting is 9” x 12”.
