Big Interceptor SpiderBot #18 is made from a used battery, repurposed jewelry, a spring, and discarded stereo components. The legs of the spider are made from scrap aluminum.
Its most prominent features are the melding of all the components into a complex spider's head, body, and eyes along with the spring adding movement to the very large spider.
David is an artist who started creating art creatures of all sorts from recycled, throw away, and natural materials. He enjoys being as inventive as possible using items that normally would be discarded or recycled. From there, he turns order them into fun and whimiscal pieces of art waiting to become a part of your home. His creatures are labor intensive and are created one piece at a time. Each piece is clear coated. All are original art.
