Handmade Mexican Cloisonne order Sterling Silver Brooch & Pendant

This handmade brooch/ pendant is super intriguing and is a great statement piece. I am not sure what the design is in the center of the circle, but I think that it is some sort of animal. I think that the turquoise color and inlaid rocks are cloisonne, but I am not totally sure of the process used to make this. There is a silversmith mark on the back, but I am not sure who it belongs to. The brooch has just been polished and is very shiny order now. It does not come with a jewelry box.
