We pack our fragile items so very carefully, we first wrap them in bubble wrapping, we then add plenty of biodegradable foam peanuts to fill the box, and make sure the item isn't moving while carried. Please refer to the reviews to see an example posted by a happy customer.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA for orders over 35$ US throught Canada Post and USPS

Usually, is the package doesn't exceed 2 kg, it is sent with the Small Packet option, which takes 7-15 working days, and doesn't come with a tracking number, a 4 CAD $ postal service upgrade would allow a tracked package option.

When package exceeds 2 kg, we automatically send it via the expedited postal services, which takes 7-10 working days and comes with a tracking number.

PICK-UP OPTION is available for local customers in Montreal, you won't pay for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international clients, please read carefully each shipping option, the rates and delays are exactly what Canada Post shows in their website.

The surface option is the cheapest obviously, the item is sent by boat, so you can imagine that depending where are you located it takes over 8 weeks, and without tracking number unless you add it to your option. In general, if your package weight is under 500 g the air option would be cheap as well. The shipping options shown are exactly what Canada Post shows on their website,

SENDING A GIFT?

We offer gift option. For free if you only want to send a message. We print your message on a pretty card (Xmas, birthday, Mother's day… ) and send it along.
If you require gift packaging, Etsy will show you the option, in that case, depending on the item, we either wrap them or put them in gift bags and add the necessary accessories on top of your message on your card. You will be automatically provided a tracking number. (except for international orders, tracking numbers are expensive with Canada Post ☹ it's 25 CAD $ extra)
