Handwoven Cozy Chenille Rug, Weaving, Loom-woven, order Handmade, Size: 24" x 42" Autumn Fall Colors

This is a cozy chenille rug handmade by Joan B. Flint Textiles, and it's just waiting to become the perfect accent rug in your home

A handwoven textile that is soft, pliable, thick, textured, resilient, strong, and long-lasting as well as very color fast. This handwoven was made using thick and textured chenille variegated selvedges of cotton, rayon, and a small amount of poly. The warp used is a chestnut brown color that is a strong cotton/poly. The ends of the handwoven are woven with patterned cloth strips that fold under to form a hem, and are triple-stitched using a sewing machine for a long-lasting and durable finish. It has been machine-washed, finished by hand, and pressed.

The design is one of alternating stripes of variegated browns, terracota, orange, yellow-green, and ivory-speckled, and is based on the fall colors seen in Appalachia during the Autumn as well as Autumnal veggies like pumpkins.

This handwoven cozy chenille order rug measures 24" W (includes selvedge fringe on both sides) x 42" L (includes handwoven hem on both sides), and is accompanied by a care label, description label, and one of my brochures.

Woven and stored in a smoke-free weaving studio. It's been lovingly and carefully crafted, and will be packed with care for quick shipment to your home.
