This is a lovely old bear! He measures 16.5" long. Open arms measure 13.25" across. He is jointed at the top of his legs and the base of his arms. He doesn't sit well. You'll have to prop him against something. Though I can't be certain, I do believe he once had glass eyes which were replaced or repaired with googley-eyes. One of the eyes is stuck, and doesn't move so well. He has no tears or open seams. The stuffing seems solid with no lean spots. I do not know what he is stuffed with - other than love. He has no odor; no mildew, and is pretty clean - except for the wear that comes with age. Appears to have been hugged often. His mouth appears to be hand-stitched. Very cute! order.
