Basics:
The jars are equipped with injection ports and filters to assure an aseptic environment.

• Every Jar is filled to the optimal amount.
• Self-healing injection ports for easy innoculation.
• .2 micron filters to allow fresh air exchange and to keep contaminants out.
• every jar is shrink wrapped to keep moisture content locked in and to prevent the grains from drying out. So there's no rush order to inoculate.


Every batch is soaked for exactly 24 hours in water mixed with organic gypsum. Then sterilized in a industrial pressure cooker for the correct amount of time.
