Cedar Bat order House M 2 Chambers

This cedar Bat House is handmade with Cedar wood and has a unique design.

This Bat House can host up to 6-7 little brown bats, per chamber, and has an extended landing pad (ELP).

Bats are very useful, they can eat their own weight of mosquitoes in one day. If you never had any bat house in your backyard, this is the perfect start-up kit.

The extended landing area has grooves, that the bats can easily land & climb up into the upper part of the chamber. Ideally this house should be hung 15 feet high and above. A french cleat comes with, that makes it easy to put in place.

I apply a coat of raw linseed oil outside of the product, never inside. Linseed oil helps order to consolidate the wood itself and although to prevent it from turning grey too quickly. (based on wood density and dryness, colors may slightly vary from the pictures).

Only outdoor screws and nails are used for the assembly, there is no glue, no paint, no stain or any other chemical material. Exterior is sanded carefully and interior inside is kept rough. The wood thickness is 3/4 inches.
