You wrap it around your neck/shoulders and use the clips to join it to the length of the piece ... you decide how high/low to wear it!! This scarf collar boa neck wrap stole stoll measures 31" long and the mink strip is 3.5" wide, fur tips to fur tips, at the widest point. No smells or known damage. Beautiful, rich shade of IVORY mink fur ... perfect for WEDDING use. Back of the stole stoll neck wrap collar boa scarf is IVORY VELVET. There is no furrier's label. There are no initials/name of a previous owner. There is one clip at both ends.
