Used to store pens, not for travel. Residue from patch/glue order pictured and located in the back part. There are a couple of pen/highlighter marks inside the pouch and is pictured. Small marks outside the pouch pictured as well. I haven't tried cleaning it off but I'm sure it can be cleaned and wiped off.
