This vintage Nashco Tole piece is more of a bowl than tray. The deep scalloped edge is 2 inches deep. Measures 15 1/4 inches long x 11 3/4 inches wide. The deep teal blue forms the background of handpainted grapes, pears, peaches and cherries. The edge is scalloped and finished in gold. There is some wear to this Nashco piece as would be expected with use and age. There is wear to the gold edge with some scratches to the paint. The fruit center is in good condition with the exception of a leaf beneath one of the pears where the green paint has worn off. There are a few small areas where the teal paint is scratched or chipped. The back still retains its original Nashco sticker. Scratches and some order rust on the back reflect its previous use. The colors and handpainting make this a nice piece of toleware to display. Please review the photos as they form a part of the description.
