This is a collectible Brian Baker house called Alameda Avenue and depicts many Victorian houses located in San Francisco, California. These collectible houses are individually cast and handpainted. After a nice lunch one afternoon at the Oakland waterfront, I drove the streets of nearby Alameda enjoying the California order sunshine. I was surprised by just how many beautiful Victorian homes I found. Alameda is an island in the San Francisco Bay and is a treasure trove of Victorian homes, which are being lovingly restored. Street after street displays large Queen Anne style homes with bay windows, turrets, and gingerbread trimmings. It was a wonderful discovery and one that I recommend to other Victorian fanatics. This collectible house was created from my experience and is in the Brian Baker Deja Vu Collection.

Brand new Condition! The box has some dings & dents but it's in good condition and the authenticity certificate is inside the box.
