I created this padded bag to have a retro style flare. I loved the wonderful pink, golden mustard, red, and purple plaid and I matched it up with a wonderful pink herringbone wool. The design has a simple envelope style feel to it with the front closing flap secured with a magnetic snap. There is a single short handle at the top of the bag. This handle is very short an only suitable to at the elbow or carrying in the hands. I lined this bag with a cool raccoon print cotton by Tula Pink and this fabric picks up many colors of the exterior. No interior or exterior pockets on this bag. My idea was to create a bag that you could slip your full size ipad or tablet into along with a small notebook. This bag is fully interlined with a fusible interfacing and an 1/8 inch thick layer of foam Exterior measurements: 11 order 1/2 inches by 9 inches Handle approx 1 1/4 inches wide, 12 inches long with a drop of about 4 1/2 inches to the top of the bag. Care: spot clean as needed or dry clean.
