This unique tutu is handmade of black tulle, is very full and has a red shiny cord trim. The waist is elastic and has a soft stretch to fit girls sizes 5 through 7. The waist has a black with red sequins bow that can be worn in the back or the front of the tutu.

Tutus always need adjusting and can be made fuller by separating the layers.
