This is my acrylic painting of a canyon river pool in North Vancouver. The North Shore of Vancouver has a number of rivers that wind through lush cedar-hemlock rainforests and shady canyons. In their deepest pools, the water appears dark green. I find these pools to be mysterious and captivating. The pool I depicted in this painting, entitled "Cold Green" is below the waterfall known as Twin Falls, in Lynn Canyon Park.

The order piece is a 12 x 16 inch giclee print on thick, textured archival paper. It is matted to fit in a 16 x 20" frame.
