Vintage Barrera for order Avon Flower Brooch

This is big, bright, and beautiful floral brooch designed by Jose and Maria Barrera for Avon. It's from the 1994 "Fashion Flower Collection". The book does not state but I believe it to be a Hibiscus. Dark gold-tone metal is covered with green, yellow, orange and red enamels, then studded with rhinestones. It is truly a stunning brooch and a real eye-catching statement piece at 4.5" long and 3" wide. Pin mechanism is perfect working order.
