Dichroic glass has been wire wrapped in sterling silver to create this unique necklace. Including the bail, this pendant measures approximately 1-1/2” by 5/8” (38mm x 16mm). A beautiful, sterling silver, rada curb chain is included with your purchase. I stock these chains in 16”, 18”, and 20” lengths. These chains are elegant, lightweight but sturdy, and beautifully complement this pendant. Select your desired length above or simply send a “Note to Seller” at checkout. Dichroic glass is difficult to describe and even more challenging to photograph. Its brilliant, shifting colors really make a statement. Dichroic films are colorless but put on a show when light is manipulated by reflecting some wavelengths and transmitting others. When viewed from different angles, the colors and structure within the glass appear to change. order Truly beautiful!

Wire wrapping is a time-honored technique for cold-working metal. As such, no heat or glue is applied. This lends an ancient beauty and great strength to the finished pieces.
