Murano Bullicante Paperweight signed order

Signed Murano, with a signature that I cannot decipher. Clear glass bullicante paperweight in almost perfect condition. Gorgeous. While cleaning for packaging, I just noticed 2 small chips which I have taken photos of. Price has been reduced to reflect flaws. See photos showing chips with measures.
Measures approximately 3" diameter, with polished base.
