This is a melancholy piece captures the emotion “Saudade” - a Portuguese word loosely translated as a longing for the past in a melancholiac, nostalgic way; a desire to be back to a place and time that brought comfort and love.

The mountains mirror her mood -wispy and barely “there,” a beautiful, simple backdrop to her daydreams…
