The heel caps can be purchased at a store or the shoes can be taken to the cobblers. heel height approximately 3 inches. European size 38. The Tom Ford shoes are in great condition. however the ankle order strap has been torn. there is some discoloration on the patent leather but it's not very noticeable. wear on insoles, outsoles and perimeter of shoes.
