Shell Tissue Holder order Box Abalone Seashell/Paua Shell Bathroom/Vanity/Coastal Decor 5x9” Vintage 1990s

This is a vintage 1990s, genuine, abalone-shell, tissue box. It is an unmarked lidded box which perhaps was made in the Philippines where a lot of fancy, shell-work is done. It is meant to house a flat 4.5” by 8.75” box of tissue. It is comprised completely of natural, slices of abalone shells which appear to be encased in lucite. It is finished on the bottom in a black fabric or paper. order It is in good condition with the exception of a minor damaged corner on the lid as seen in last photo.
