Vintage leather cased volt meter order by Metravo

Vintage leather cased volt meter by Metravo .I believe the inside to be bakeliet but not sure sorry . Also i think it is still working as when the two probs are connected to the oposite end of a battery the needle moves . If i change the measuring order parameters the needle changes accordingly. Condition is used but not abused ,leather as well.
