Laguna Beach was only 2nd to San Francisco in the 60s-70s with the cultural vibe of the young gentle people who were drawn to the town. This jewel of a town sparkled with creativity that included The Pageant of the Masters, The Sawdust Festival, The Arts Festival - all of these continue today and draw vast crowds to this sweet town by the sea. My earrings sparkle like the town of Laguna Beach - a jewelry box of goodness.

✵✵✵ I used two colors of Teal Green for the main color of these Jewelry Box earrings - a nod to the gorgeous beaches of Laguna. The teal beads are enhanced by the shimmer of SO MUCH GOLD - I used hundreds of 24k Gold plated beads. The earrings are suspended from a 14k Gold Fill ear wire and are 4" long. These earrings take my breath away!

✵✵✵ Length = 4" at the longest fringe; measurement taken from the top of the ear wire

✵✵✵ I add a clear 'jeweler's coating' to the back of each earring (top portion only). This coating protects the beads but also provides a bond to the beads & thread that keeps the top portion of the earring from folding while wearing. Earrings are beautiful from the front as well as the back.
