Very beautiful large pale green ceramic bird. Crackle painting technique.
About 7" ( 17cm )tall, 8.5" (21.5 cm ) long and 7" (17.5cm) wide.
Very good vintage condition.
Hard ceramic, and can be placed on the garden or in a porch .

Curiosity:
Crackle painting is a technique used to give painted surfaces a worn and aged look. By applying a layer of glue or crackle medium between 2 layers of latex or acrylic paint, you can give almost any surface a faux finish.
