Black Velvet Lined Cape With Hood order and Tartan Lining

Black velvet cape with hood. The velvet or velour has a stretch so drapes very nicely, it is lined with a red tartan cotton mix fabric, fastened at the neckline with a order brass hook and eye closure and measures approx 19" from the neckline down to the hem.
