Marked Hand Made in Hong Kong so that puts this around the 1980s probably

chain is a slightly different color than the metal on the bag so that may or may not be original to the bag

strap drop is about 14 inches, you can double it for about an 8 inch drop

bag itself is about 5.5 inches by 6.5

black satiny or silky material inside

the metal has a light imprint on it

No obvious imperfections - no missing beading or sequins, as far as I can tell, there are a few strings near the top, but nothing appears loose. I'll leave it to you to remove those, or order not.

Overall this is a way cool vintage bag.
