The jewel case is in good condition considering its age with a piece of plastic missing at the bottom corner, a order split/crack on the back and some light surface scratches/scuffs, as shown. The back is printed with '2001 FOX Interactive', '2001 Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation.' and 'Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc.'. The Instruction booklet is present and in good shape with a little mark on the front cover and a crease/bend to one of the page corners, as shown. The CD has been tested on a Playstation 1 Console and is fully working. The Simpsons Wrestling is a fantastic game to play and is a must for any Simpsons, PlayStation or retro gaming fan.
