------------------------------- POLICIES ----------------------------------

*Processing time is currently @ 2-3 weeks plus shipping. I ship Monday-Friday via USPS. Estimated ship dates will be located on your invoice and are estimates only, they are in no way a guarantee of when you order will arrive, they serve as an estimated timeframe only.

*I accept exchanges only and buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. So please reference the measurement chart located within each description.

* If you need an order by a specific date, you must convo me prior to purchase, to see if this is an option. I am unaware of your event dates, unless it is brought to my attention. *Do not leave questions/dates in the notes section at checkout, as I will not see them until your order is getting ready to ship. All questions must be made via Convo, as that is a direct text to me. If your request is something I can't do or is something I do not think will work, it is best to know this prior to purchasing. I also offer a RUSH MY ORDER option if a short notice date request is OK'd by me.

*Please always refer to my policies for questions regarding timeframe, returns, exchanges, etc. I will no longer be able to answer these specific requests via Convo.

* I do not take custom orders, please do not leave measurements or alterations to dresses in personalization or notes section, as the order will be shipped, as to the selection made on dropdown or the closest size. Custom Alterations are best made by your local seamstress. Sizes are available from 12 months to 10/12 girls only.

* Personalization section is for noting "Sash Colors, Flower Colors, Headband Styles, only".

* I recommend ordering at a minimum 6-8 weeks prior to event. I do not recommend ordering short notice as I cannot be responsible for delays at the Post Office.

*I only offer the colors listed on the color chart/dropdown and i currently do not take custom orders for colors, just what is available. I would also like to note that Blush is a cross between pink and a peachy color. Blush is not Pink and I have had some customers who are not aware what blush is. It should not be confused with a true Pink.

Sizing:
Please measure your child. I have far too many sizing exchange requests. The sizing is standard and dresses needs to fit well in the bodice for comfortable all day wear. Please measure if you are not sure of your child's true size.

*If you need to exchange for size, please contact me first and I will forward exchange instruction and address. I must be contacted within 3 days of delivery and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. You must retain a tracking number, until your exchange package is received back to me.

**Once your exchange is received, you will be notified and provided a re-ship link, to purchase shipping for your exchange. Exchanges will then be shipped within 3-5 days of purchased re-ship.

*** Dresses must be received in the manner they arrived to you, in protective packaging, without any damage or signs of wear. Please do not roll dresses in a ball and shove them in a bag. Please be mindful, that these dresses will have to be resold. All garments, which are shipped to you, are thoroughly inspected and will not arrive with any damage, rips or tears. I will not accept any garments back, that are received in this manner and the buyer will need to purchase re-shipping in order to receive that dress back. We will be exchanging the dress only, accessories are not exchangeable.

*** I do not offer refunds, all sales are final. I have had customers contact me a couple days before an order was to be shipped, with events being cancelled or that they did not read the processing timeframe, refunds will not be offered as the dresses start processing within the first 3-4 days. The cancellation period is within 2 days of purchase and a refund, will only be given for that cancellation.

*I don't accept returns or cancellations.... But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
We have a large number of customers ordering multiple dresses to try on for best fit and then returning the extras... I will no longer be able to accept any returns for any reasons.

Returns and exchange details:
-Special Occasion Dresses are exchangeable for size only. I do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you are unsure about a color, please purchase fabric samples ( listing below) as dresses are not refundable, should the color not fit your color scheme, but you are more than welcome to exchange for another color or size.

I have had several occasions, recently, where customers are checking out as a GUEST. And because they do not see their order, in their purchases section, are ordering again. Checking out as a GUEST, will not show up in your account, because you are not logging in. If both orders are delivered, they are not returnable or refundable. If this error is caught and I am contacted before the duplicate order ships, I will cancel the order and refund.

I can also hold your order, but order cancellations/refunds will only be given within 2 days of purchase, because of the custom nature of these orders.

- The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- *Items on sale... this includes flower girl dresses

Conditions of return:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- *This includes dresses that are returned smelling of perfume, cooking smells or general house smells.
- Dresses returned with stains of any kind or makeup smudges.
