♡ Order Process ♡

Select how many cats are to be in the illustration & order this listing.

♥ Send me a high quality photo you want me to turn into an illustration either through Etsy message or my email (emibeebuzz@gmail.com). Please contact me within 2 days after placing your order to ensure you receive your pet's portrait in a timely manner.
♥ Describe your precious fur baby's unique purrsonality. Derpy? Sulky? Sassy?
♥ Color preference for the background, otherwise, I will pick out a color to set off your fur baby's color type.
♥ If you want a specific final size, let me know now, order otherwise, I will provide you with both an 11”x14” 300 DPI .JPG and a transparent .PNG without the background color. Need a specific file type? Just let me know!

Production starts after I receive your message and will take roughly 2 weeks.

I will send you a sketch without color (as a response to your initial message) before beginning
on the final illustration. Please make any major changes at this point, such as pose changes.
Estimated time to receive the sketch is 1 week from sending the photo.

I will send you the final file. This commission order includes 3 rounds of minor changes
to the final file, such as fur color, eye color, etc.



♡ Licensing Rights ♡

This listing includes personal use rights only. You may not use the final artwork as a logo or
any other branding materials or to make products to sell. Message me if you would like
to purchase the commercial use rights.

You can use the final artwork to print as many products as you like. There are several
places to get prints or products (like tshirts, mugs, wood prints) created, such as
Walgreens, Walmart, Zazzle.

You can share the final artwork on social media sites & use it for a profile picture.

I retain the rights to share the artwork I create for you as commission examples
on my social media and on future etsy listings.



♡ Refunds & Returns ♡

Due to the bespoke nature of commissions, I am unable to offer returns once the final
illustration has been completed. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me,
& I will work with you to make your order right.

If I have not started on your order or if you have not sent me any photos, you may cancel
your order for a 100% refund.
