My First 4th of July tutu outfit is made with red, blue, and white tulle. Completed with red satin bow. Tutu also has white felt stars adorned on the tutu.
Shirt is embroidered with the saying 1st 4th of July.
Headband is made with firecracker FOE and a red, white, and blue chevron ballerina rhinestone flower.

This is a great outfit to wear for order your child's first 4th of July, 4th of July pageants, 4th of July birthday, 4th of July parade, etc.

All our tutus are on a sewn elastic band and is made with over 75+-yards of tulle for each tutu to insure a full and fluffy tutu.
