THIS IS AN UPGRADE PROGRAM, YOU MUST SEND IN A V1 UNIT TO RECEIVE A V2

PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTION CAREFULLY!



You will be sending in your old V1 unit to be upgraded to the new V2 unit. We will be recycling the WORKING usable parts from your V1 and putting them into a new V2 housing with a bigger battery and new programming. By recycling some parts from the V1 we are able to provide the upgrade at such a low cost!

You have the option below to let ODT purchase and send you a label which you will use to send your V1 unit back with. Other wise you will have to provide shipping for your V1. USPS small flat rate box is the easiest, DM for more shipping info. Shipping of your V2 unit is covered under costs of purchase.


Steps after purchasing:

1. Wait 12 - 48 hours for a message/ email with either shipping directions or label

2. Package V1 Temper safely and mail back to order ODT (DM for shipping advise, USPS is best)

3. Wait 3 to 5 business days for Temper to be upgraded and tested then mailed back

4. Enjoy new V2 Temper!

RETURN SHIPPING IS USPS FIRST CLASS AND CAN TAKE UP TO OR MORE THAN 1 WEEK.
