Breathtaking enamelled and hand painted vintage Chinese snuff bottle

Unique rectangular-shaped copper bottle with white enamel and black art of a bathing beauty

This snuff bottle was purchased at an antique market in Xi'an China in 2006 and is believed to have been made around the 1940s

The copper has discoloured the white enamel which is now has a light pink shade to it.

I haven't seen many other snuff bottles with this shape and design, or with such delicate and beautiful art work.
