Greater Pipefish order Plushie

The greater pipefish (Syngnathus acus) is one of six pipefish species that live around the British Isles. They feed on tiny mysids and prawns. Just like seahorses, it is the male greater pipefish that carries the eggs and gives birth to live young.

He is approximately 24 inches (65 cm) long, 2 inches (10 cm) wide and 2 inches (10 cm) tall, and is made of soft minky fabric. He has acrylic safety eyes, and is stuffed with polyfibre stuffing. His fins are backed with quilt batting.

Please note that due to small parts and delicate hand-stitching, this pipefish plushie is not suitable for children. He is a collectors items for teenagers and adults.

If he gets dirty, please clean him with a damp cloth, as he's surface washable only.
