Silken Christmas Scarf with expressive winter roses order and gold highlights - hand-painted, intricate detail - 130x35cm / 51x14"

Winter is coming! And so is Christmas. The winter roses are starting to bloom, the fir branches are getting decorated, and the scent of Christmas candles is wafting through the air. So what else to wear (or to give away as a present!) but a smart, seasonal silk scarf?

I spent multiple evenings painting and coloring all those details with the appropriate amount of concentration and love. The Christmas colors red and green dominate. Highlights in silver, gold and snow-white adorn them.

A unique order single piece, hand-painted on pongé 5 silk - that is an average silk stability, thin enough to allow that delicate silk transparency but thick enough to stay in shape after you drape it. Since the gold and silver lining is quite fragile, I recommend cautious hand-wash.

This scarf is 130x35cm / 51x14", a size that everybody can wear but is especially neat to wear for small women, because it doesn't reach all that far down over the shoulder. You can see that well on the pictures.
