PAPERCUT Scrolls Cross, ORIGINAL ART Handmade order Black Paper Cutting, Scherenschnitte, 5x7"

Cut Antique Parchment paper (or from black German Scherenschnitte paper), measures 5x7", mounted onto a dark (or light colored) 8x10” background of 65-weight card stock paper.


This ORIGINAL ART design is from a pattern that I created in my sketchbook. I replicate the pattern onto archival quality paper. Then, using embroidery scissors I personally hand-cut the design. After the cutting is finished, adhesive is carefully applied to the back of the design to mount it onto cardstock paper. When satisfied with the final product, I sign my work on the front. The mounted artwork is placed in a protective plastic sleeve before shipping.

Handle with care! Papercut art is very delicate. You may wish to display your paper cutting design in a 8x10” (or larger, if matted) frame to protect the finely cut paper.
