Handmade Turned order White Ash Keepsake Box with Pearlescent Inlay

This bell shaped box is turned from white ash (Fraxinus americana) and features an inlay of Alumilite resin. The inlay is framed by a delicate bead and ring of texturing. The Alumilite resin has blue, purple and gold swirls that shimmer and change when viewed from different angles. Texturing on the bottom of the box provides a little surprise when the box is handled. A pair of beads decorate the seam between the lid and base, and the inside of the lid is adorned with a raised medallion that has been textured and turned to resemble order a flower. Finished with lacquer and buffed to a semi-gloss sheen, this box feels as good as it looks. The perfect place to keep your most precious earrings, cuff links or other keepsakes.
