RAGGEDY ANDY COLLECTIBLES: New 1979 order 18" Knickerbocker cloth doll in his Original Box + Vintage 6 1/2" Ceramic Bank

For Fans of "the Little Rag Brother order of Raggedy Ann", I offer a vintage ceramic Raggedy Andy Bank and a NEW 1979 18" Knickerbocker cloth doll in its original box.

The bank is a 6 1/2" Raggedy Andy figure standing up straight, with his arms at his side. A coin is deposited through a slit in the back of his shirt. A hole at the bottom has a rubber stopper that can be removed when you want to empty the bank. The bank has a ceramic head and body, with orange yarn affixed for a head of hair. The hair is in good condition, but untraditionally long and straight with short bangs. The round, smiling ceramic face has all the Raggedy Andy features - big black eyes, orange triangle nose, black smiling mouth. Andy is dressed in a white collared long sleeve shirt with black buttons, red suspenders, blue patched pants, and brown shoes. The bank structure is solid without cracks. However, it has a couple of small, cosmetic chips on the shoes and pants, Overall the bank is in very good condition.

The 50+ year old cloth doll is a 16" Knickerbocker from 1979. It is NEW in its original somewhat battered box. He has a full head of the traditional orange yarn hair on a round smiling face completed by large plastic eyes and fabric features - nose, mouth, lips, eyebrows and lashes. He wears the expected red-checkered white-collared shirt, and blue pants with white buttons - all worn over his original red and white fabric stockings and black shoes. On his head is a blue and white cap. The doll is charming and well-made! It is in excellent condition!
