I design these bags and use a US based production partner for printing and shipping. Please note that the color might be slightly different in person than how it appears on screen, due to variances of computer monitors. Since these are made to order and we don't carry inventory inhouse, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges (unless there is something wrong with the bag). In order that case, please contact me.

Care Instructions:
Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from the bag. Suggestion is to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
