Wonderful antique Beech-Nut green glass bottle was actually kept in the house all this time and never got the aged patina from being thrown out! It has not been cleaned up, this is how it has always looked displayed in the kitchen.
Beech-Nut of Canajoharie, order NY was founded in 1891, and these bottles were from the 1910-1920 era. Beech-Nut Packing Co. (B.N.P.) started up in 1899, and this bottle is embossed with their mark on its bottom. The top side embossing is quite heavy, as can be seen in the 5th photo. The top is embossed with Beech-Nut on one side, and Canajoharie, NY on the opposite side.
This delightful piece stands approximately 10 inches tall. It could be used as a special green holiday accent, maybe as a vase or part of your table decor. It has always been in one family in a smoke-free home.
