My name is Santana, I am excited to share with you I have launched my products under the brand ‘Bareeq Al Qamar Oud'.

The name of the brand came from my family name which translated into Arabic بريق القمر, which means Shining Moon or Ray of Lunar light.

After quite a long good time stayed in Bahrain and UAE, I have started to get interested in Oud. I have learnt that Thailand has really high quality Oud as known as ‘Oud Cambodi' in the Middle East. Hence, I started to do research and traveled from farm to farm, tested and tried tons of Oud and talked to farmers.

From soil, species, ages, resin inoculation method, fermentation through out distillation process create the very unique different scents, colours, textures and longevity on your skin.

My intention of founding Bareeq Al Qamar Oud besides hassling, trying to build an alternative income for little future freedom away from 8 - 5 office hour life and to help locals for fair trade and support decreasing to the capital immigration.

I also give 1% of the profit from your purchase to my Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program which will support local order farmers' children education annually.
