Vintage order 80s Dress 16 L Navy Blue Crepe Off White Lace Pearl Beads Cocktail Gown

SIZING

The tag labels this a size 16, but vintage sizes tend to run smaller than modern sizes, so this may be closer to a modern size 14 (Large). The actual measurements are as follows:

Bust: 22 inches across, underarm to underarm (44 inches around)
Shoulders: 17.25 inches across, seam to seam
Sleeves: 24 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve
Waist: 19 inches across (38 inches around)
Hips: 23 inches across (46 inches around. This is the measurement for the lining)
Length: 43 inches

Note: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were order doubled to give an approximate measurement around.



ADDITIONAL DETAILS

This is a lovey vintage dress from the 1980s made in the USA by Ursula of Switzerland. The material is a semi sheer, non stretch polyester crepe. The main body of the dress is a dark navy blue, and it has a twinset design that makes it look like a jacket over a dress and blouse (but it is all one piece). There is an off white lace overlay in the center of the chest that has subtle opalescent accents along the edges of the flowers in the lace. There is also faux pearl beading along the bottom edge of the dress. The main body of the dress is lined in polyester, but the sleeves are unlined and slightly sheer. The dress has long sleeves, and there is a short walking slit in the back of the skirt. The dress closes with a zipper down the back.



CONDITION

This dress is in excellent vintage condition.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me about making a return. If you decide to return an item, please mail it back to me no later than 3 days after you receive it. It must be returned in the exact condition you received it. If the item had tags, they must still be attached. You must contact me in order to make a return. If you return an item without receiving authorization from me first, you will not receive a refund.

All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
